7 Days Refund Policy

NextMamas provides Full Refund Including Shipping Fee if the issue is from NextMamas side, and customer returns to us within 7 days. Such as:

  • Package is damaged
  • Wrong parcel received
  • Product is not as description or pictures
  • If its established the issue is from the company side, a full refund will be given to the payment method.
  • Must show proof with picture and Video
  • Must send product back to us for further analysis
  • Size issues or pump is working but not extracting milk, doesn't fall in refund category.

6 Month Repair & Replacement Warranty for All Electronic Devices:

NextMamas aims to provide confidence and peace of mind by providing 6 MONTH Repair & Replacement warranty only if the product stops working , we will fix it or give you a replacement.

REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:

  • No refund or any compensation will be given if it's established the issue is from our esteemed customer's side.
Kindly refer to our EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY if you are not eligible for refund policy.

HOW TO GET REFUND?

STEP 1:

Contact our customer service on following to claim a refund:

STEP 2:

If accepted, repack the Product in original packing with all original documents, accessories and attach a page giving your name, order id, explaining the issue, and your bank account details. Product will be sent back to you, if it's damage or non-resealable. 

STEP 3:

Send the package to our warehouse on this address:
NextMamas
248-C, PIA Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

STEP 4:

After receiving the accepted product only, the refund would be issued in 7-15 Days (Original cost only).
