At NextMamas, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. That’s why we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

✅ What Does This Mean?

You have 7 days (168 hours) from the day your order is delivered to check your product for any issues or concerns.

  • If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

  • Whether it’s an exchange or return, we’re here to help.

 

 

🔁 What Can You Do?

  1. Exchange for Size or Product:

     

    • Exchange size or switch to another product within 7 days.

    • You’ll receive an exchange code equal to your order value (minus shipping if applicable) — valid for 12 months.

     

  2. Faulty or Damaged Product:

     

    • Send the product back. If it’s repairable, we’ll fix it. If not, we’ll send a brand-new item.

    • Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

     

  3. Changed Your Mind?

     

    • Return it unused and in original packaging.

    • Get a discount code for the product value (shipping excluded), valid for 12 months.

    • Prefer a refund? A 30% restocking fee + shipping cost applies.

     

 

 

🚫 Exceptions

 

  • Used, stained, or broken items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns without your name, contact details, and Order ID inside the parcel will be rejected.

  • If the product is broken during return shipping due to poor packing, the responsibility lies with the customer.

 

 

🚚 How to Return or Exchange?

 

📦 Exchange Process – 

 ✅ Please follow these steps:

 

1️⃣ Pack the product in original packaging (must be unused & clean).

 

2️⃣ Add a page inside with: • Your Name • Address • Mobile Number • Order ID ⚠️ Without this page, we won’t be responsible if the parcel is lost. ❌ Used items or stained/damaged products will not be exchanged.

 

🚚 Send via any courier of your choice OR drop it yourself.

 

📸 Once it’s delivered, share a screenshot of the delivery message. 🎁 We’ll send you a discount code equal to the product’s value to use on your next order.

Step 5:

Once we receive and inspect the product, our quality team will contact you within 10–15 business days.

 

 

 

🔧 6-Month Warranty (Electronics Only)

 


We offer a 6-month Repair & Replacement Warranty on all electronic items.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours before it’s shipped.
