7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

What is it?
Though you won’t ever need it, our 7-Days Return & Refund Warranty provides you with complete peace of mind. You have 7 days, that’s 168 hours, to check your product for any unlikely issues.
You Can Apply for Return or Exchange of Item within 7-Days of the date after receiving our orders due to any issue such as:
Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
HOW TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE NEXTMAMAS PRODUCTS?
STEP 1:
Download our Return and Exchange Form:

STEP 2:
Fill out the form along with the name and size of the product with which you want to exchange.
(Customer has to pay "Price Difference" if any)
STEP 3:
Repack the Unused and Undamaged Product in original packing with all original documents, accessories and printed form.
STEP 4:
Send it back to our warehouse through the courier of your choice..
