Though you won’t ever need it, our 7-Days Exchange and Return Warranty provides you with complete peace of mind. You have 7 days, that’s 168 hours, to check your product for any unlikely issues.
You Can Apply for Return or Exchange of Item within 7-Days of the date after receiving our orders due to any issue such as:
For returns,  you will get Store Credit for the reasons below:There will not be a refund. 
  • Size issue
  • Didn’t like the product
  • Change of mind
  • Pump is on and working fine, but, no milk extraction
  • IPL is working, but no hair removal because it depends on so many factors i.e. it takes 6 to 8 weeks minimum, skin and hair type also has effect.

    STEP 1:

    STEP 2:

    Fill out the form along with the name and size of the product with which you want to exchange.
    (Customer has to pay "Price Difference" if any)

    STEP 3:

    Repack the Unused and Undamaged Product in original packing with all original documents, accessories and printed form. 

    STEP 4:

    Send it back to our warehouse through the courier of your choice.

    You will get a discount code for the original value, and you can place an order online again on our website. The discount code is valid for 12 months.

    NextMamas aims to provide confidence and peace of mind by providing 6 MONTH Repair & Replacement warranty. The warranty is valid only if the product stops working.

    Order Cancellation

    All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
